california sunday

last sunday, i drove to la to spend much deserved time with my favorite red head, hope.  it was truly a beautiful sunday. you know, that day when the skies are blue without a cloud in sight, only a light sweater is needed, and everyone seems to be smiling?  yeah, us californians are spoiled.  we first ventured to silver lake to eat at cafe stella; if you haven't tried their lemon ricotta pancakes, you clearly haven't lived.  after we enjoyed silver lake, we went to venice and walked along the boardwalk.  it was a beautiful california sunday that ended with dancing until sunset.
